The following is a list of guidelines that must be met for individuals to receive the $50 referral fee for new participants:

1. In order to qualify for the referral fee, you must have previously completed a study or be in the process of completing a study.


2. Referred participant must sign the referral form on the night of physicals and list the person who informed them about Bio-Kinetic – the referring name MUST be previously noted in our electronic database when the new participant places their initial application. This will be enforced on all new applications entered into the database after 1/1/07.


3. Referred participant must complete a study before the person who referred them to Bio-Kinetic will receive payment.


4. The $50 payment will be available on the same day the referred participant receives their check for completion of study.


5. If a referred participant is not accepted on a study, the next study they physical for and pass, and if they complete the study, will count toward the referral fee.


6. The referral fee will not be paid for alternates, unless they are moved up to active study status.


7. Referral fee is only applicable to new participants.


8. Referral fees are not payable to active Bio-Kinetic Clinical Application employees – full OR part-time.
